WellnessSouth Health Clinic is a nonprofit, community-based health center serving the Southside–Historic Southside of Fort Worth. We exist to ensure that every individual—regardless of income or insurance status—has access to high-quality, dignified, and patient-centered care.
Founded in 2025, WellnessSouth was created in direct response to the growing need for accessible healthcare in our community. Too many individuals face barriers to care, leading to delayed treatment, unmanaged chronic conditions, and unnecessary emergency room visits. We are here to change that.
